You know there is a difference between selling a hammer and selling securities or trading securities into the markets, right?

I am not saying again, that is what he actually did, but that your words discrediting his motivations would have particular meaning. Doesn’t matter what one intended, if one thought it was akin to selling hammers. Do you really believe that?

Sure, I agree that a person could be trading some shares in a company in which they still believe and posting on social media the opposite related transactions and not be intending to commit fraud. No doubt that happens. But that is a factual determination after someone has done such a thing, what were the motivations.

But the language of the post in question does not really suggest such inadvertent or naive intentions. That is the point of the post, is it not?

As I said, I do not think Bigger actually did anything wrong, rather I think such postings do imply that persons supporting the stock have bad intentions or may imply other things and those are actionable.
