It was always a scam and continues to be a scam. To make this sort of "acquisition" with an SEC reporting company (which both are supposed to be) requires 2 years of audited financial reports for the target company, and if those exist, why have they not been published?

Now the scam moves over, and the scammed will be happy to scam others to get out of it. Such is the OTC.

I agree that Charles Scott is pulling a fast one but my intent is to unload the shares of LFER as soon as possible.
Move on from this nightmare and forget about it.
In the end I’m sure Karma will get Charles Scott at some point!

Thank You Pam! All of your efforts have been greatly appreciated. You have not let anyone down. I am glad we decided to take the step back and allow them to proceed with the merger and to allow them the chance to fix this mess and move forward. With that said if we do need to proceed in the future I will be ready to assist you in whatever way I can. I was looking forward to meeting you in person in December, but with the trip cancelled due to these updates that will no longer be necessary. Hopefully the CareClix financials will quell any concerns shareholders have moving forward.
