sstyles, if you listened to the Jefferies webcast. The last question that was asked by the Jefferies analyst was about the HLS/PFE partnership. It seems like everyone who follows AMRN is aware of the positive outcome with HLS/PFE. So naturally, the next question on most people's minds is when will Pfizer approach AMRN for a US/EU collaboration.
The 13F filings by the activists alleviates my concern for the future of the company. I think I'll nibble a little at this price.

The HLS contract with Pfizer rewards Pfizer "activity"(I assume for the number of physician visits their reps make...plus incentives(I assume royalties based on the volume of sales)

Pfizer will be able to have an accurate assessment of how the Canadian market is receptive to Vascepa...This will give Pfizer an idea of what to expect from Europe....The U.S. market will still be a wild card, depending on the outcomes of legal cases and the quantity of supply available to Generics.
