VERY KEY POINT HERE!!! NOTHING WAS FORMAL WITH THIS INVOLVING ANY PAPERWORK...I NOTICED THIS...REMEMEBER, THEY SAID IN THE JULY 2021 NEWS RELEASE:

"INCC Completes Acquisition of SoundTech AI, Inc."

Ok where is the paperwork?
