Deal is off, yes or no.

Is the deal off with STAI, YES!

Is the deal off with the other company structures is the question that is still in play.

I'm not here to pump this stock one way or the other, I'll leave that to the more skilled.

What I find interesting is the RM comes off the table with a notification the DAY the Q drops and the way it is unwound back to the July date.

Unwinding the RM is a material event that would have required Toni to notify the SEC with a notice to shareholders. They have 4-days for that notification. So, no, there is more to this story in IMHO.

TN brings up a very interesting point about questioning who really created the software.

For those that understand how the business world works...and given what we all saw at the open yesterday (assuming you were watching), I'd say the jury is still out on this one.

I happen to have ties to the Isolate market and can tell you that the CBD markets are going through some tough times, so if you think the stock held up under the "focus on cbd water", than I have a bridge I want to sell you...LOL
