There is no registration for those shares. The warrant holders would be relying on the Rule 144 holding period exemption from registration, hence the one year wait to Dec 3 2021.
George would have to find someone to float him the money against the short to pay for the exercise as FORW doesn’t have a lot of cash. Once he closes the position after converting he can pay them back.
