Ya that's a good connection of the 1.5B loan to the 5 Grain plan. It also makes me think about the 1.5B loan and how it coincides to the Buy Back extension to 12/31. But 12/31 is fast approaching as PHI Group still needs the SPV to complete the loan. To my knowledge they can use some of these funds for Buy Back as part of Business operations. Time will tell. i look forward to any further announcement on this loan.
