agreed ; far more sensible bill ! most importantly it keeps the choice open to the individual states so those who want to stay illegal can do so, tax rate is reasonable as well . seems far more likely to garner the support it will need from both sides to get it across the line. chuck even admitted his bill did not have good odds of passing the senate.
