Hi Al, one thing that hasnt been mentioned but the jury might want to consider regarding the lesser charges is - if he's not the racist vigilante hell bent on murder that the prosecution made him out to be ....

then WHY IS HE BEING CHARGED AS AN ADULT ??

If he were being charged as a minor for reckless use of a firearm, i could see him being found guilty. But not as an adult.

The unlawful possession of a firearm - carried across state lines - he's definitely guilty of that.
