Unless that story has changed I heard earlier that the weapon was not taken across state lines, rather was already in WI.

You may be right on the lesser charges. I can't see anyone seeing intentional murder whne self defense is clearly shown on the many videos.

Why was he there with a gun? How about why were those looters and rioters there burning down the city, some armed also. Haven't heard that question asked lately. Not on fake news agendas I guess.

The unlawful possession of a firearm - carried across state lines - he's definitely guilty of that.

He didn't do that. The gun used in the Kenosha shooting was purchased, stored and used in Wisconsin.
