Interesting filing today, can feel a big ENZC tsunami coming! So many different things could send this flying overnight here imo.

Hey Timing101. On break at a coach's clinic. Thanks for all of your DD. I appreciate it.
I was sitting with our Edward Jones representative a little over a year ago and told him about ENZC. He took a look and said, "Coach, there's nothing right about this stock". I told him that, if they did what they said they were going to do: go from LOI to merger; get current; get public with a game plan, that they had the patents to make this a good play. He said, "It's your money Coach". We have met a number of times since and he has said things like:
"The merger is final. That's good."
Yes. It's a start.
"They look like they are getting pumped. Are you getting out?"
Just taking some profits. Keeping the majority of my position.
"They've gotten rid of a bunch of toxic debt. That's good."
Yes it is.
"They crashed hard. What is happening?"
It was driven up with no real news. I'm actually adding to my position.
"They did a reverse merger. That's good."
Yes it is.
"They're doing audited financials. That's good."
Yes it is.
I am always amazed at the amount of posters that are waiting for a Hail Mary to drive this to $1 or $5, or, whatever they're current fantasy number is.
This is a ground and pound company. They clearly have a game plan and they are grinding out the first downs. They're moving the chains a little at a time, and, while that might not be pretty enough for some, I believe that they will be in the red zone at some point in the next year. What investor/trader would be unhappy with a 2200% increase in 16 months on their initial investment? Not me.
All of the talk about the reverse merger and audited financials. These are clearly good things. Take it from a retired corporate auditor for the largest health care provider in the world. Our audits and results were subject to NDA's and were the most private information sets in our company. They were conducted to produce information that would allow the company to either persue a direction, or, change it. Just to help out those that are spouting off about reverse mergers and audited financials here is a link about reverse mergers:

When should your business get audited financial statement?

I'm not going to highlight the advantages of both. Those of us who do our DD know. To everyone else I would suggest educating yourself about what you are doing and why you are doing it. If you don't think that there is a science to this than you are mistaken. Things can happen, however, if you have your portfolio spread out over a number of options you can take a hit on one and move on. I've learned some of these lessons the hard way, but, those lessons have led to some great outcomes. If you bought into ENZC at a higher level no amount of toxic posts are going to change that today. Like I tell my players when they make an error in practice, "That's why we're here. Learn from it." I wish everyone good luck. Heading back in. I'm going to present this afternoon on a roll dodge to a step back give and go. It is a bad ass play.
Cheers,
Coach
