I'm sorry. Respectfully, it appears you are missing the main point in all of my prior posts. To sum it up:
The "News" was a moronic pump. ("Hoorah! We hired a software company!!! Buy a lot of our sub penny stock now!!!" Moronic.)
The price action was the result of the moronic "news" and literally the definition of a dump which occurs on or after the pump.
To the extent a "pump and dump" is market manipulation, ok.
To the extent you think the market manipulation was anything else (unfair price suppression by shorts/market makers), I disagree.
