You’re absolutely right however there’s clear market manipulation going on where once they get this thing up 20% they start dumping their shares into the bid making money on the way down because they got in on the ground floor before news broke. Then they short simultaneously once the stock hits peak. Very easy to do on the OTC. It can be very frustrating for people trying to go long, watching all the salesman on both sides trying to manipulate the stock rather than it taking on its natural form based on the news that is there.
