Thank you for sharing grunt. Can also share what the annual profit is fro, niobium, scandium and titanium?

Also, will you and Mrs. grunt be going to the AGM this year?

If I remember correctly, it seems to me that if there is a need to update the FS, they have a 45 day timeline to get that accomplished. Still remains to be seen if that FS updating is necessary.

Excellent Summary grunt! Thank -you! I think the ppm counts for the Nd might be a little higher- "I see closer to 1000ppm average. I thought I heard Scott mention 97% Scandium extraction but I know 93% is published."

Using 2014/15 Ni 43-101 reports filed by SRK & ACTLABS (Limited Data!) & plugged into your formula grunt:

2,697,000kg x .001 = 2,697Kg per day x $121.00 price per Kg = $326,337 profit per day x .75 = $244,752 profit per day x 300 days = $73,425,825 per year profit

The Round Top project in Texas has lower grades but estimates @$113 Million in revenues per year from their Rare Earth elements alone. I would think Niocorp's Elk Creek mine would at least match those numbers & possibly exceed them.

Soon Niocorp will drop it's market compliant Ni 43-101 Rare Earth Mineral resource estimate. We will be able to compare the numbers. Niocorp's TREO% & GRADES are higher than the Round Top project.

Grunt, those numbers are a fantastic addition to the picture of NioCorp’s & our future! I hope an anchor investor can kick start us into some construction prior to air permit April extension deadline. We shall see soon what the rare earths will bring us. Prices are looking very good for our main three.

Hello Mr grunt. Do you think Iris Fontbona has dibs on Debt or Equity?
She does own the Largest bank in Brazil, if I remember correctly, so she could be an underwriter.

Or what plan would you figure her into?

Is Iris, Mrs Grunt?

if not,
Don't be saying Iris's name at the wrong time..... if you get my drift!

Grunts-(post#75965) Please post as a sticky! This post is exceptional. Proves out the REE possibilities & makes it easy for anyone to plug in their numbers for lower higher estimations according to their D.D.

Please take out one of my posts (board mentors) This is a great one to have as a sticky while we are waiting for the REE's to drop onto the world stage!

Good morning Niocorp faithful:

Using today's release I have decided to update the probable extra profit from our mine. https://www.niocorp.com/niocorp-announces-drill-core-assays/

I will repeat my statement. It is my intention to calculate a profit that is achivable, not just wishful.

From today's assays results, we learned that the concentration of rare earth minerals is pretty well spread all over the property. A pretty significant discovery, since we will be extracting them from the residue of the mining of our main 3 elements.

In my previous "white paper", I made some significant guesses. I will keep the guess of the cost to extract the 3 rare earth oxides from the solutions obtained during mining of the main resources at 25%. After further research, the down time necessary for preventive maintenance is less than I expected. I will modify the down time from 60 days to 30 days per year.

Since the assays in today's release are from totally different drill cores as the ones utilized on the ones reported in the Feasibility Study from SEDAR dated 8/10/2017, I will combine them and use the average of the 2.

Terbium Oxide: PPM average: _ _ _ _ 15.63
Dysprosium Oxide PPM average: _ _ _ _ 68.03
Nd Pr Oxide PPM average: _ _ _ _ _ _ 802.0

Since the daily price of the rare earth oxides is extremely dynamic, today's prices will be used: https://www.metal.com/rare-earth-oxides

Price per KG will be used:
Terbium Oxide _ _ _ $1751
dysprosium Oxide _ _ $458
NdPr Oxide _ _ _ _ _ $133

Terbium (Tb):
2,900,000 Kg per day x (extraction rate) .93 = 2,697,000 Kg x (PPM) .0000156 = 42 Kg per day. 42Kg x $1,751.00 (price per Kg) = $73,500 per day x .75 (profit) = $55,125 profit per day X 330 days = $18,191,000 per year profit.

Dysprosium (Dy):
2,900,000 Kg x .93 = 2,697,000 Kg x .000068 (PPM) = 183 Kg per day. 183Kg x $458.00 (price per Kg) = $83,814 per day x .75 = $62,860 profit per day x 330 days = $20,743,000 per year profit.

Neodymium/Praseodymium (NdPr):
2,900,000Kg per day x .93 = 2,697,000Kg x .0008 = 2,157Kg per day x $133.00 price per Kg = $286,881 profit per day x .75 = $215,160.00 profit per day x 330 days = $71,000,000.00 per year profit.

A pretty sweet addition to our bottom line.
Tb - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -$18,191,000
Dy - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -$20,743,000
NdPr - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -$71,000,000.00
Profit from the 3 oxides: - - - - - $109,934,000.00

Amazingly enough the clear profit per year is almost identical.

The assays for this last study originated from drill cores located all over the property, over 2000 acres. The assays used in my original white paper, since they were included in the FS, were obtained from the 60 acres only.

I beleive the reason for the last study is to establish that commercially profitable rare earth production could occur on the entire property, not only on the 60 acres included in the FS.

Just my opinion, I beleive our Company should update the FS to include the profit from the 3 rare earth oxides. It is a very considerable amount of profit not currently included.

Have a great day.

The price of our 3 oxides per KG as of today:

Tb $1963.00
Dy $351.00
NdPr $100.00

For comparison, the first time I used their price on this board was 11/12/2021:
Tb $1914.00
Dy $472.00
NdPr $121.00
