I am sorry, what does Lilly 195k shares has anything to do with Regen deal with this acquisition? I just don’t see the Regen/Lilly connection…. Why would Lilly give 50M to REGEN in first place? In exchange of what? Shareholders board wouldn’t allow this without something in exchange from Lilly!!! It is an wild speculation
