When there is an announcement, Yes this will go up but the MM's will try to get weak hands to surrender their shares and the price will only go up moderately. Maybe a day or two after the announcement IMO will the share price then start to get momentum upward.
Seen this play out over and over and over again. These are the types of scenarios our SEC need to get involved in to protect shareholders from the MM games who play with shares that are not even theirs to play with.
