The CEO has successfully defended the company, multiple times. Lots of false stuff out there and or lawsuit almost entirely based on AF columns, thrown out with an 80 page decision that picked apart all the arguments one by one on a motion to dismiss, which is one of the lowest standards of evidence. There was no real claim for those AF allegations, can you imagine. Rhetorically they moved people, but the reality was there was nothing there.
