If Baron was miffed before about people calling the acquired company, then I think he better cough up the name....or all companies within 20 miles of Santa Ana are going to get bombarded by phone calls by impatient investors...if they haven't already.
This deal was announced in April I think. The very least he can do is tell us what the companies current Revs are, imo.
As he's stated several times before...this deal is beneficial for both companies...it's been signed...why the cryptic details and secrecy.
