Years ago I posted a question concerning whether the company was still operating. The answer I got was that it was covered by an NDA.
That was surprising to me. Why would there be an NDA restricting the information that the company still existed as a functioning entity? It's a strange way to do business, but with LQMT I suppose anything's possible.
