The RS & UP-List to the NASDAQ are not two separate events.

They are one in the same. No UP-List,,, no RS!

If we see an RS it's because an UP-List to the NASDAQ is guaranteed!

So I have to ask my self,,, Do I want to bet on an OTC stock with HUGE revenues & improving PROFIT margins, an extremely decent share structure that's in the process of going to the Big Boards?

Answer,,, Yes! I like my chances here.
