The filings clearly explains the offering, the RS, and NASDAQ uplist are all linked and the latter determines if the first two happens.

It’s a win-win for me after re-evaluation for me. Especially getting in at this price.

NASDAQ approval happens? This will run on that news easy. So any buys from here will be a steal.

NASDAQ rejection? Those RS-adverse investors who just don’t want to hear RS will be back in.
