I'm not following the logic on this one.

If CC were introducing new shares (diluting the current shares), why would they create an artificial ceiling to sell into?

Wouldn't he want it to run up to capture the most money possible?

a. I have said with strong interest , it will be very interesting to see where the SS is on this next disclosure. Then compare notes to the holders and structure vs the last disclosure. Why HAS THE SS NOT BEEN UPDATED since July into August 2021. The last OTC PROFILE UPDATE was also August 2021 and to your point it was clockwork updating prior to that , just strange is all.

b. As far as O/S going up there is only 200 million between the AS and OS
as it stands now if not changed.

c. To your points on the trading , MM's like STXG etc. Since Oct 27th which is really about 12 Business days of trading , it has stayed in within a penny of .123 to at high about .133 (plus or minus ) and sometimes less than that in the spread during the day , yet
* It trades more than a MILLION DOLLARS per day
* Just today it traded 1.5 $ MILLION Dollars
* Just look at the history of the Open, High , Low during the day
* Thousands of trades per day in the last 12 business days.
* Over 130 million shares traded during that 12 Business days in that small spread window.
* That is over $17 Million Dollars in trades in some format. So all this discussion about selling , someone is buying them and accumulating
at the same rate .

d. Stop and think about that , this is not retail. Even if we see any dilution (all symbols dilute) that is the way it works on any OTC symbol or big board symbol.

Really I thought there would be some buying pressure as the disclosure became closer, but not the case . Do I think that there will be a catalyst on the disclosure through Sept 30 2021 , no I do not as really Chandra and their PR's keep all current.

But I also did not think all would be looking at Million Dollars per day in trading dollars day after day with out something moving . It makes one believe that there is dilution at play so lets see how the holdings and SS changes if at all on the disclosure .

Sorry bud I beat you to that weeks ago when I stated that there was too much selling going on for there not to be dilution and I was bashed for it.......OH WELL I KNEW ALL ALONG I WAS RIGHT AS IT'S QUITE OBVIOUS AND IN SHORT ORDER IT WILL BE REVEALED IN DOCUMENTS AND IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN THAT WILL PISS ME OFF AND SHOULD PISS OFF ANYONE INVESTED IN THIS COMPANY AS YOUR HERO CC STRAIGHT LIED TO EVERYBODY AS HE SPECIFICALLY STATED NO DILUTION FOR 2 YEARS AS STATED IN POSSIBLY NOVEMBER OF 2020.....CORRECT ME IF THAT MONTH IS NOT RIGHT BUT HE DID STATE NO DILUTION FOR 2 YEARS........I HOPE LIKE HELL THAT HE DIDN'T DISRESPECT ALL THE INVESTORS AND LIE TO OUR FACES!!!!!

MAGA, my opinion on why we haven't seen any update to the share structure since late July, might have something to do with us suing Dimitar Savov and our own transfer agent. I know we switched transfer agents and we basically had to also include our own transfer agent in the lawsuit, so we could try and stop him from getting those 200k shares that he requested. I could be wrong or way off, but just my 2 cents.

That's really interesting about STXG... if they have shares to sell but never bought any, they would have to be acting on behalf of a party with shares, yes? Maybe an insider who needs some spending money.

I agree with a reply that the company itself wouldn't be diluting, otherwise it would seem there'd be more price manipulation first.

Another possibility is naked shorting, which is illegal but especially probable in this year's OTC. If STXG is banking on other MMs driving the price down, they might short shares out of thin air and cover lower for some quick profits at the bottom.
