He must be under enormous stress - that I don’t doubt. And this has been his dream for years now. And if it all comes falling down he will be devastated - that I don’t doubt either. That is a real concern. He did mention the risks of not making it a few times in that CC. I think reality is setting in.
Personally I thought he jumped the gun and was razzle dazzled and blinded by becoming a public company and choosing to reverse merge into an already bloated company might have been a big misstep. This is based on years of observations with reverse mergers and no matter how legit or well intentioned a company maybe the success rate ain’t great. And once again it all comes down to funding. And how not to dilute the crap out of it. He mentioned not using shares to pay for things going forward - that we will have to see. And what sort of creative financing he can come up with that doesn’t dilute.
