Psykotik has talked to Andrew more than any one here and I talk to him on the phone on a regular basis. He said to me that diluting the float was not the idea here. He also told me that Andrew stated the 14a would be better than anyone expected! There still seems to be a little confusion on this financing and it's true intentions. I think that is why there is going to be a shareholder conference so folks will understand this financing and the sequence that will lead to this merger taking place. That along with the 14a that will be out at any time this week, once this occurs, the rubber should meet the road! Mr. TrendGreen
