No disrespect to your post,but don't you think its a bit late for your comment: "there needs to be a catalyst prior to any possibilities of RS. Otherwise this will go down the tubes".the farther we keep moving down on a daily basis,the bigger this so called catalyst is going to have to be,IMO right now we just have all speculation as usual,but words with no action to go with them,don't you agree.the L2 BID AND ASK KEEPS CREEPING LOWER AND LOWER WITH NO FIGHT TO STOP IT.COMPANY NEEDS BOMB OF ALL BOMBS TO END THIS BLOOD BATH.JS, JMO

RS after contract money starts isn't a bad idea. RS before is a bad idea. Imo

If they're looking to reduce the OS to 400-500M shares then the RS does not need to be big. We'll see what ST3 wants to do soon enough
