I don't see the share situation being anything that significant in and of itself, and doubt ENZC will recover the shares. More alarming is the Bulgarian's ability and knowledge of how and when to direct malevolence for greatest effect and potential damage. Like the share situation, it seems unlikely ENZC will be able to make Savov cease, if he doesn't want to do so. Whether this manifests itself on an ongoing basis is to be seen, but I have no doubt there are a host of Bulgarian skeletons that could emerge in light of Harry's past and current. How the company manages them will be interesting.

If Savov thinks it’s the wrong court he can try to remove it. The problem is he’s ducking service. That’s nothing but a delay tactic. It’s of the legal school of thought where you make the other side spend so much money trying to find you that you hope they just settle. Obviously, Charles is a skilled attorney and isn’t going to fall for that nonsense. I think it speaks very highly of Charles and the company, that they continue to legally thwart this person that’s making specious claims and who keeps working behind the scenes to hurt the company.
