IMPL is the new entity. IMBL is the group of Bulgarian businessmen. ENZC owns 50% of IMPL, and IMBL owns the other 50%. That's how I understood the filings.
Ok well my bad. I’m not meaning to and for that I apologize. I just come on here and honestly most of the time I can’t even look at the posts cause they are so bad except a few. I appreciate your efforts in providing DD and it’s needed more in this community form. Everyday I see false and misleading claims here. Some negligent some down right Defamation.
