Lucky..... no where does it say that WMIH has remote assets that will return to claimants...if there are remote assets, they come under the purview of WMIH.....what I read is that the closing of the chapter 11 ends all liability to satisfy claims for classes 19 and 22, thereby making the escrow markers worthless....now I hold 195000 of the common escrows, and I don't expect that they will payoff... maybe so other classes will, but as far as classes 19, and 22, those esc rows are kaput...
