The 70% ownership of 5 Grains did not change. It appears that only the percentage owned of Empire changed. I think that maybe Henry did 70% so that we could get a partner to help finance it, give them 15% and still own 55%. Maybe he secured a partner and therefore the company can be purchase the company without issuing additional shares outside of the stock options.
