All we need is a positive ruling on motion for fair notice defense and it is either a rushed settlement or Ripple very likely to win. The rest of this is noise.

I think the expert witnesses will do a great jib proving utility of xrp, the decentralization, and how Ethereum is way more of a security than xrp. Which begs us to ask why the free pass or is xrp Eve a security.

Then there is also a fact that most xrp transactions were done overseas with foreign entities and outside of sec jurisdiction regardless.

A lot of positive fundamental developments with partnership announcements today and use of ripplenet. We know what we hold.

gov't has screwed with FNMA and FMCC for 13 plus years

stole them (over 300 billion stolen and possibly more) without paying a dime

now in permanent conservatorship

this is the reason Boeing rejected the gov't loan and did their own financing

only thing going on here that is better that it's just the SEC
