Such bulls***! They got nothing and if anything, this is a government overreach. They’re searching for any kind of dialogue where Ripple states that XRP may or may not be a security. I mean how many times has Garlinghouse gone on record and broken down how XRP is not a security? To be honest I grew tired of people asking him and him giving the same answer but using different analogies. Ripple believes without a shadow of a doubt that XRP is not a security so no way will the SEC find some kind of smoking gun where Ripple discloses anything in regard to it.
