I agree with you.

But the implication was, that NWBO has NEVER alluded to releasing data in line with a conference.

That statement, I have proven, to be false. Whether guidance has since changed has no bearing on the fact that they did, at some point in time, say that they wanted to release data in tandem with a conference.

Ok, but I am pretty sure it was discussed at the time that it was a recorded show and likely was recorded just prior to data lock.

So it was recorded before datalock but he talked about the datalock.
