Yet the Company announced a 3.5 billion Dollar contract (unheard of on the OTC) and we sit at .0158????

That's not being proactive with the shareholders!!!!!

I totally disagree...ST3 has a responsibility to the shareholders ....

And where we're sitting now is irresponsible... if the contract is real we should be nowhere near this...

Agreed that he has done a very good job. Unfortunately his achievements haven't translated to share price yet. I have no doubts it will soon.
