Note the reference to R&D in the PLA (the last sentence of each paragraph). It says that Eontec can engage in R&D activities in Europe and NA without any effect to Liquidmetal. Only the subsequent sales would get shifted to Liquidmetal.
This could explain why Liquidmetal hasn't made mention of any deals. Eon may be bearing all the cost of the R&D with Tesla and even receiving small amounts of income from materials sold under the R&D aegis.
In a situation like this, Liquidmetal could go from seemingly no involvement to suddenly getting major income from mass production.
Recall the recent EON patents posted on REDDIT. Looks like they are indeed engaged in major R&D.
Also recall that TESLA has been working on Chinese production. Whatever is put in place in Europe and NA will ultimately benefit Eontec greatly as well.
