PLA question -- I understand that Liquidmetal and Eontec have shared patents and identified "regions" where they can use the IP. Liquidmetal gets Europe and NA and Eontec gets almost everything else (not every region is specified).

Here's my question. Do the region-specific sales apply to the use of the company's OWN ip, or only the other company's IP.

For example, before the PLA Liquidmetal could try to sell materials in the whole world. After the PLA can they sell Liquidmetal ip parts worldwide, but EON-specific parts only in the areas? Or are they limited on selling parts even with their own IP?

Similarly, can Eontec use their own patents to sell in Europe and NA, but can only use Liquidmetal patents for their region? Or are they restricted from selling even their own IP by the PLA?

This would have major ramifications for the Tesla deal if it's EON's magnesium that is used for the battery packs.

…and what would be even HUGER would be for us to know what our piece of the pie is in terms of royalty percentages which have never been stated and appear to be somewhat discretionary and nebulous. Until then it’s OD@AT for us Liquidmetal mushrooms.

Unfortunately beggars can’t be choosers and we are all begging for some good numbers in the 10-Q which for me would be a 50%+ increase over last year if any of the Tesla hype has any merit.
