I agree that no one is actually worried. That’s not actually what I am saying. There is no concern or reason to be concerned about anything related to that matter specifically with this trial of which I am aware. But a policy is not final, until it is final and that is coming shortly.
No one publishes a journal article or TLD based on things that can be withdrawn and that actually does happen. Not going to happen, IMHO. Can happen. It’s very basic stuff. Lawsuits can come if it, embarrassment can come if it. No journal would likely do it when they know it’s pending and all you have to do wait.
