we will get same opportunity again 11/15 with earnings. if she does not address SNO then I will assume we will be there. If she requests an extension and we do not present at SNO, I expect stock price to drop and her to hire full security detail for being shady as F.

Flipper,

I'm trying to remember the circumstance where LP indicated no ASCO presentation. Was it possibly in the quarterly. If so, we might see the same thing when the quarterly is reported, perhaps this week.

If nothing is said in the quarterly it leaves the question open, but just for another week. On the other hand, if Dr. Liau is appearing at SNO I would expect the TLD statement and update to Clinical Trials to be out at some point before her presentation, though it possibly could be on the very same day.

When we do get TLD etc. perhaps we'll learn something about why the quiet period, until that time it is pretty clear that the company is only providing the least guidance that fulfills their obligations to shareholders.

My guess is, LP could have dismantled the SNO hype by saying DCVax-l will not be presented there.

She did just that ahead of the last ASCO and it did not shock price per share.

Did not shock PPS? HUH?

When LP literally laughed at shareholders for asking so much about ASCO that she had to address it during the ASM, the stock price plummeted from $2.15 to $1.45 on her revealing that it was laughable that they would present results at ASCO.

30+% stock drop. Yeh, there is a decent reason she wouldn't come out and make that mistake again.
