No, the embargo for non-LBA's was lifted then. The embargoes fir LBAs was lifted the morning of the first day,

The issue being discussed is not the abstracts themselves being made public. It is the the titles being made public,

They have released a program with titles.

Flipper thinks the titles have not been disclosed and the schedule will be shifted to slide them in. I think the schedule published includes the LBAs but does not identify which ones they are (which they did indicate in past years).

Not really the most an exciting debate. But with nothing real to discuss might as well hash this out.

"The embargo for accepted Late-Breaking abstracts will lift at 7:00 AM (EST) on the first day of the scientific meeting, Friday, November 22, 2019. These abstracts will be made available at: https://academic.oup.com/neuro-oncology.";

Copied and pasted directly from the link you posted, after clicking on "late breaking abstracts." And here's 2020:

"The embargo for accepted Late-Breaking abstracts will lift at 7:00 AM (EST) on the first day of the scientific meeting, Friday, November 20, 2020. These abstracts will be made available at: https://academic.oup.com/neuro-oncology.";
