I want to know WTF is going on and I want to know very damn soon got It?

Eventually, the number of excuses for this company's litany of lies will begin to dwindle. At some point it will be time to finally say, "Yeah, JRIII was right all along. This is a scam. It has been obvious for years and even though I did not want it to be true, it is just no longer deniable."

The people running this company have been sitting on a failed trial. They are literally, at this moment, refusing to release the data from a trial where they locked the data more than one year ago. I'm sure there will be a snarky retort about how I just don't understand what is really going on, and how it takes time to line up all these pieces like publications, conferences, manufacturing certification, TLD, and then time everything just right so as to screw the shorts. Uh, huh. Right. Do you understand how tired this mantra has become? Do you realize the company has been unblinded since 2020 and they still haven't told us anything about the data!? Instead they went into hiding like a turtle ducking into its shell, and decided to go with "quiet period" to justify their wall of silence (except when the IR guy decides to answer an email or phone call from some rando shareholder). Yeah, sure, this is all perfectly normal. This is all how it's normally done. Yeah, right.

What is really going on is that they first learned this trial was a failed mess back in 2014-2015 - which was more a factor of a mismanaged trial than it was a failed product. Instead of doing the right thing and starting over with a still viable product in DCVax, they instead tried to keep the trial going with a new focus on OS, eventually getting to the point where they surreptitiously changed all the endpoints (at least in Europe, but not, as far as we know, in the U.S.) and decided to use historical data for comparisons instead of the trial's own data set. None of this ever had a chance in hell of ever working, and the people running the company knew it never had a chance. What a complete disaster, and what a complete waste of at least six years of all our lives and who knows how many cancer patients who could have been helped had the company chosen a different course all those years ago. In the process they managed to alienate the principal scientist behind the technology who was the one legitimate name attached to the trial. But now she no longer is.

The people running the company, though, well they've all done very nicely. By keeping the trial going they continued to enrich themselves handsomely with each successive toxic financing and dilution, and the CEO made millions off the sale of Cognate, the CEO's original personal manufacturing operation, in a deal that provided zero benefit for NWBO shareholders even though those same shareholders funded the development and build out of that very same manufacturing operation. At one point she also loaned NWBO (i.e., herself) several million dollars at an 18 percent interest rate. Now, she is about to do the manufacturing thing again. Originally they had planned to release trial data back in the fall of 2020 while they continued to ramp up the new manufacturing operation at Sawston. But when they unblinded they learned the trial data is a disaster, and that there's going to be almost nothing of value to come out of it - at least as far as the FDA is concerned. Pretty much everything now rides on the new manufacturing operation, and what that means for NWBO shareholders is yet be known for certain, but there's a good chance that we will be completely left out of the picture once again, just like with Cognate. If they had come clean on the failed DCVax-L trial they may not have been able to get Sawston to the finish line, so that is why they have been holding out. They have to get everything with Sawston in order, including the MHRA certification, before they drop the bad-news bomb about the DCVax-L trial, a trial that is now going on 17 years old.

So, yeah, if you really want to know what's going on then study this post and then read any of the hundreds of other posts I have made over the last several years. That is what is going on, and I have been saying it consistently for a long, long time even though almost no one here wants to believe it. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I mean, really, come on! If you've ever been invested in a scam before, worked for a scam, or been around scam in any capacity, you come to realize that after a while they all pretty much start to look the same.

MI.

Hang in there. You are one of my favorite posters. Very knowledgeable in my opinion and excellent posts and thought process.

I like that you have a lot of pharmaceutical knowledge. Something which I am lacking. I know my way around a Kaplan-Meier curve but I don’t know the process that Has to happen for drugs to get through all of the regulatory stuff. So any insight into that is very valuable for me.
