I would go with the filings, it states WMILT will proceed with the closure of the bk along with the last distributions from the WMILT and next steps of closing the LT with giving whatever is left to charity. Markers would be removed but by court response will leave the markers in place….I would have like to see them removed as it would have answered a few questions. They also reference a PLR, unless you can see the blanks filled in it is just what it is document….people are filling in the blanks and they are not correct…
