I am more impressed by number 2.....The Kura table was DEFINITELY cropped and judge Du was DEFINITELY impressed by this cropped Kura table, as evidenced by her citing the cropped table verbatim in her decision.

We can argue about what the USPTO did or did not consider, but we know for a fact about the fradulent/mistaken information that judge Du considered in her decision.
