I think the first one was done as an inside leak never to be shown in the amount again and I never expected it too but I fully believe the 299B was accurate and since the cat was let out of the so-called bag the FDIC had to do damage control.

HOWEVER, AS I ALWAYS SAY, time and filings will show us the way forward. I really expect to either see or hear about distributions this year and no later than Feb/2022.
