“Suppose both bills do pass and they are signed into law, there are only two elements of the infrastructure bill that could affect our company”

Those “only two elements” are worth $94B

“Suppose that WTE was a major thrust, wouldn't the government go with proven large scale operators? Wouldn't they use US made equipment over offshore made?”

Wouldn’t you want to get the best deal and shop around instead of just going with “proven large scale operators” that charge way more than smaller companies for the same work? That’s common sense but I wouldn’t bet on common sense with Biden and his administration - within few months they have successfully set us back 100 years and have done nothing to make this country better.

The wording in the bill is misleading as to what infrastructure actually means. The people supporting this bill will refer anything they want to be considered infrastructure including people as infrastructure so with that deception in play I don't see monies headed to what is promised let alone CLNV at all. These people cannot be trusted to do what they say they are going to do with YOUR money. (CLNV) long !!

Lots of money is within the infrastructure bill for battery recycling. One problem with battery recycling is the hard plastic casing which holds all the acid. With our technology and PCN Patent, CLNV could be a huge player within the Battery Recycling Industry and with all the grants available companies will be able to deploy our technology for no cost making it really attractive. 2022 going to be a great year for CLNV
