My point was you said FINRA did nothing. Obviously they did, just not to your satisfaction.

Pretty much all here would agree that the SEC doesn’t act fast enough or at all on many scams discussed on this board. And also have complained about the wrist slaps feeling they deserve more.

And yes those wrist slaps don’t seem to stop them - as on multiple occasions we report where they show up again. Sorry we can’t do more given our limited numbers here.

I asked why 13 of 14 charges were REJECTED and the mediocre 60% rate is so accepted. You continually avoid those questions. Not surprised.

THE SEC lacks funding and staff. No surprise they might have lost a few cases or charges they brought forth.
They aren’t being paid the big bucks.

Small business is the boogeyman? For being asked to pay a living wage? If you can’t afford to pay your staff a living wage, you don’t deserve to be in business....
