Uber- Please find the court filings- The boys & Girls hear they are Juicy . No 10k- Lol Lol. Joke Dr. Drew - great call- things are heating up . Must be tough to run a business with no money - No credit lines , No working cap and a recent stain of a seizure. Where oh where are the 12 mill of sales? Uber- No 10k? No 8k. Yield signs everywhere. BOD is MIA - Hope they can pay their D&O . No money to pay the auditors( unless a well thought out manipulative way to keep the gates up ) but money to buy 40 mill shares of worthless stock for 125K . Something doesn't add up Uber. If only a 10k was put out so the boys & Girls can scrub this POS. Greatest market in the history of asset prices and this one is a Dud - poor decisions and and billions of shares of dilution.
