Can you answer the following for me . The BOD of AMRN are elected . All shareholders get a vote so in a sense the BOD represents the shareholders. The BOD can fire the Ceo if it votes to do so ...or mandate that he take certain actions
So isn't this the challenge re Standing ?

The opposing side will argue that the BOD represents ALL the share holders ...not just the EPADI 2 splinter group ....therefore the EPADI group should not have standing .
