Ok, you can stick with the "we're in a quiet period" mantra if you want. Instead of "bread crumbs" PR, I have seen SP walked down to $1. Last PR raised SP 15%.
NWBO is not suppressing their SP, however they may be honoring gag order to keep a lid on any info, possibly by company who loaned them capital. But then, for you, we're in a quiet period, explains everything. Stick with that
