As to hourly rate - I defer to Marjac to answer that.

Whatever it is - the amounts we raised to file the earlier motions and appeals in no way, shape or form touches his actual hourly rate (or the many many hours of Hindukush or others i.e. BB & SL (not on iHub) who assisted Marjac without reimbursement (no credit to me as I am the fly on the wall in the room....no lie!!) ...and don't forget some of the funds were used to pay for expert analysis and related fees if any.

In short - whatever he has received is pennies on the dollar for A-1 quality work.
