There is no delay from the LT, hosen and party are gone and no money left. The bk is done, LT is done and so is the 3 year ownership change…..we are just waiting just like hedge and underwriters. A particular poster is pushing you should have bought coop, to each their own. I have coop but would like to see escrows get paid.
