And their share price will continue to move up


So if they purchased a company (Any Company) they would
Not have to issue so many shares for the buy out.

Wanted to buy some more MRK a few months ago. But, the better half wanted more diversification……Share count in MRK remained stable as did the relationship…..Albeit the share count is somewhat more stable.
